Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

ProjectBrain: Prompt Studio ("ProjectBrain", "the app") is built to be private by design. This policy explains what data the app handles and where it goes. The short version: we do not collect any data.

Data We Collect

None. ProjectBrain has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We (the developer) never see your captures, projects, prompts, or usage.

Where Your Data Lives

On-Device Processing

Capture classification, prompt compilation, resume briefings, and drafting use on-device processing (including Apple's on-device models where available). Nothing is sent to the developer's servers — there are no developer servers.

Voice Capture

If you use voice capture, the app asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission. Transcription happens on-device where the system supports it. Audio is not stored after transcription and is never uploaded by the app.

Bring Your Own Key (Optional)

You may optionally add your own API key for a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to enable cloud drafting. If you do:

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app checks your entitlement using Apple's StoreKit; we receive no personal payment information.

Children's Privacy

ProjectBrain is a productivity tool intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If the policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
