Where is my data stored?

On your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud database. The developer never sees it. See the Privacy Policy.

My projects aren't syncing between devices.

Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled, then open the app on each device and give it a minute on Wi-Fi. Low Power Mode can delay sync.

How do I use my own API key (BYOK)?

Settings → Cloud Drafting → add a key for Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. The key is stored in your device Keychain and requests go directly from your device to the provider. The app works fully without a key — drafting then runs on-device.

How do I manage or cancel ProjectBrain Pro?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → ProjectBrain. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to re-activate Pro on a new device. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Voice capture isn't transcribing.

Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition, and make sure ProjectBrain is allowed. On-device transcription downloads a language asset the first time; give it a moment on Wi-Fi.

The share extension doesn't show up.

In the share sheet, scroll the app row, tap "More", and enable ProjectBrain. If it still doesn't appear, restart the device once after installing.
