Terms of Use

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Haider Ali ("the developer") for the use of ProjectBrain: Prompt Studio ("ProjectBrain", "the app") on Apple platforms. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA prevails.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProjectBrain on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

Your Content

Everything you capture in ProjectBrain remains yours. The app stores your content on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud. The developer has no access to your content and claims no rights over it.

ProjectBrain Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you add your own API key for a third-party AI provider, your use of that provider is governed by the provider's own terms and pricing. You are responsible for the key, for any charges the provider bills you, and for complying with the provider's usage policies. The developer is not a party to that relationship.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to violate any law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the app's subscription entitlements.

AI-Generated Content

Prompt drafts and briefings produced by on-device or third-party AI models may be inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. The developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

These Terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
